Steve Kane
President, Founder

After working many years in Education, Steve entered the printing industry as an account representative for a national printing company back in 1984. After eight successful years on the road, he felt he had acquired the experience to branch out on his own and founded EnForm in 1992 with his wife and partner Wendy. Steve and Wendy have been successfully running EnForm ever since. Although Steve is well versed in all aspects of the print world, his special expertise is in the production of brochures, annual reports and direct mail. Steve's personal interests outside of work are varied. He loves, reading, fine food, and tennis. He is an active gardener, and can often be seen in his vegetable garden with any or all of his three daughters.

Wendy Kane
Accounting, Co-founder

When Wendy and Steve began EnForm, Wendy had no accounting experience at all. With a Masters degree in Speech and Language pathology it seemed like Wendy would be the last person EnForm would tap to run its accounting department. However, with unparalleled will and determination Wendy soon learned all the skills necessary for payables, receivables, payroll, insurances, taxes and the like. Wendy also wrote and developed EnForm’s internal sourcing program which has saved us immeasurable time over the years. She’s an avid running enthusiast and is also an award winning Bucks County quilter.

Eileen Beatty
Client Service Manager

Eileen has been providing friendly and helpful customer service in the print industry for over 20 years. She and her husband Paul can often be seen cheering their two sons at their numerous sporting activities.

Marcy Oswald
Client Service Supervisor

EnForm was lucky enough to “steal” Marcy away from the insurance industry last year and she has been busy learning the printing industry ever since. Her 17 years in claims and customer service makes her the perfect person to round out our customer service team!

Pam Otto
Art Director, Design and Prepress

Pam has worked in the printing and graphics business for over twenty-five years. She is an accomplished designer and has won many awards for her work. In addition, Pam is an expert in the technical components of design and prepress. There is no better Quark, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop technician anywhere. Pam is an avid sports enthusiast, horror buff and the proud mother of her son who is a sophomore at The Bucks County Technical High School with his trade in plumbing.

Mindy Trost
Graphic Designer

Mindy has been a graphic designer since 2003. She has a deep understanding of the editorial process since she was an editor in the publishing field for over a decade. She is drawn to visual art so she went back to school to earn a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts. Mindy is a classic movie buff, enjoys the outdoors and loves to make handmade books.
